A delicate sterling silver necklace featuring a tiny domed, pebble-shaped solid silver locket with a gold vermeil star.
There is something fascinating about lockets - the secret within. The locket opens and can hold two photos inside - if very small ones!
Locket measures 12mm high, 9mm wide and 5mm deep, photo dimensions are 9.5 x 6.5mm.
Necklace length 18 inches.
Locket and chain are made from modern sterling silver. Rub with silver cloth to remove any tarnish. Star is gold vermeil.
Locket, chain and fittings are made from sterling silver/925. Please rub with a silver cloth to clean. Moon charm is gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is 18 carat gold plated onto a sterling silver base. It is a surface treatment and will fade over time. Be careful with sun cream or perfumes, take off before swimming or bathing. Do not use metal cleaners on vermeil as you will remove the plate.
